Organizations Nominated by Our Members
One of the most meaningful parts of our grant process is discovering the incredible organizations making a difference throughout Sonoma County. Every nonprofit featured here was nominated by one of our members as part of one of our grant cycles.
While only a few organizations receive grants each cycle, every nominee represents important work happening in our community. We are proud to highlight these organizations and encourage our members and community to learn more about their missions, volunteer opportunities, and ways to support their work.
Together, these organizations are addressing a wide range of community needs from youth development and education to food security, healthcare, housing, animal welfare, environmental stewardship, and more.
